How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier web site.

Shipping Info

Items selected to be shipped to your home will be processed as quickly as possible as we want you to get your stuff as quickly as possible. We will update you as your order is processed and ultimately shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking information to appear on the carrier’s site. Additional information below:

  • Your payment must be fully processed prior.
  • Items you’ve designated to be shipped and placed after 11:00am CST will be processed the following day. All orders placed after 11:00 am CST Friday are processed the next business day, usually on Monday. In the case of Monday holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, or other Mondays which coincide with a holiday) orders will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Holidays will be processed the next business day.

What happens when I submit my order?

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirmation and begin processing your items as soon as possible. Once processing has been completed you’ll receive a communication letting you know it’s available for pick up or has been shipped.

If adjustments are needed, we may be able to make adjustments. This includes: updating the delivery method, reducing item quantities or cancelations (which we hope isn’t needed). If this is needed, please reach out to our Customer Service team through email at or by calling (682) 290-6150.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Can I use my TX FR Supply gift card online?

Yes, physical gift cards and e-gifts cards can be used for payment online and at the store location.

Do you have gift cards available online?

Yes, you can purchase physical gift cards or e-gift cards, up to $1000. To see which gift card is right for you, check out our Gift Cards Page.

Is my email address shared with other companies?

No, we do not share your email address with other companies. Periodically, we may send you email on special offers and new products. If you prefer, you can choose not to receive these emails.
